This is very beautiful, Morgaine...amazing detail. I must go and check out your photos too...haven't done so for a while. Are you beginning to move into Autumn in the UK now? Can't wait to see what you photograph then!

Thank you Ben!:-)

Thanks Debrina, no not quite Autumn yet, still getting some typical blue sky warm August days here and everything is very green.
Is it the same where you are?

Nice painting Morgaine. The contrast of textures of rough bark and smooth skin always draw attention in your work.

It is not the size but what is in it. Beautifully handled.

Love it. Great use of contrast as always, both in values and textures, all that's going on around her really makes the figure pop. And the figure itself is so good. Not a simple pose, but as usual, you make it look way too easy :)

I find I'm taking more breaks from the bigger pieces as well. Used to plow straight on through, found that wasn't always so good :) A little time and distance is usually a good thing.

All the best!

Hi there,

I have turned my blog into a private blog and I just sent you an invitation. But it might have been in Swedish. I tried to change language, but I am not sure if it worked.

I really hope that you want to continue following my blog. :)
